5General Services
Yes! We are a fully mobile detailing service. We come to your home, workplace, or any location where you have access to water and power. This makes it convenient for you to get your vehicle detailed without disrupting your day.
We're based in Murfreesboro, TN and service Smyrna, La Vergne, Christiana, Rockvale, Eagleville, Nolensville, Shelbyville, Franklin, and Brentwood. Visit our Contact page to see a full map of our service area. If you're outside these areas, reach out and we'll let you know if we can accommodate you.
We offer Interior + Exterior Detail, Full Interior Detail, Full Exterior Detail, Maintenance/Recurring Detail, and Paint Enhancement (one-step polish). We also offer add-on services like Engine Bay Cleaning, Ceramic Glass Coatings, Excessive Tar & Bug Removal, and Pet Hair Removal.
A Full Detail (Interior + Exterior) is a comprehensive cleaning designed to reset your vehicle's cleanliness—ideal for first-time customers or vehicles that haven't been detailed in a while. A Maintenance Detail is a lighter service designed for vehicles already in good condition, perfect for customers on a recurring schedule (every 3-6 months) to keep their vehicle consistently clean.
Yes, we do service work vehicles including service vans, contractor trucks, and fleet vehicles. Work vehicles typically require additional time and are priced accordingly due to heavier buildup from job site debris, tools, and regular heavy use. Note that Maintenance Details are not available for work vehicles.
4Booking & Scheduling
You can request a quote through our website by filling out the quote form. We'll review your request, confirm pricing based on your vehicle's size and condition, and schedule your appointment. It's that simple!
Service times vary based on vehicle size and condition. A Full Interior + Exterior Detail typically takes 3-5 hours. Interior Only takes 2-3 hours, Exterior Only takes 1.5-2.5 hours, and Maintenance Details take 1.5-2.5 hours. Paint Enhancement can take 4-8 hours depending on paint condition.
You don't need to be present for the entire service, but we do need access to your vehicle, water, and power at the start of the appointment. Many customers leave their vehicle and go about their day while we work. We'll contact you when the service is complete.
We understand plans change. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or reschedules. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Repeated last-minute cancellations may require a deposit for future bookings.
4Pricing & Payments
Pricing is based on two main factors: vehicle size and vehicle condition. We have four size categories (Coupe/Sedan, Crossover/SUV, 3-Row/Full-Size/Truck, and Work Vehicle). The listed prices on our website are starting rates for vehicles in average condition.
Yes, vehicles with excessive pet hair, heavy staining, embedded debris, or significant buildup may require additional time and cost. We'll discuss any adjustments with you before work begins. Final pricing is always confirmed after an assessment (photos or in-person).
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon in advance. We'll let you know when the detail is finished so you can inspect the work and complete payment.
We accept various payment methods for your convenience. Specific accepted methods will be communicated at the time of booking. We aim to make payment as easy as possible.
3Add-On Services
We offer Engine Bay Cleaning (from $40), Excessive Tar & Bug Removal (from $25), Ceramic Windshield Coating ($50), Full Glass Ceramic Coating ($100), and Pet Hair Removal ($25 per 30 minutes of additional labor).
Most add-on services are designed to complement our core detailing packages. Some add-ons require an interior or exterior service to be performed alongside them. Contact us with your specific needs and we'll let you know what's possible.
Light pet hair removal is included with all interior services. However, moderate to heavy pet hair that requires additional labor is charged at $25 per 30 minutes of extra time. We'll assess the situation and discuss any additional charges before proceeding.
3Service Limitations & Expectations
We provide thorough cleaning including steam-based fabric cleaning and light spot treatment. However, heavy or set-in stains may not be fully removable. We do not offer carpet or seat shampooing/extraction services. We'll always be upfront about what results you can realistically expect.
No, we do not offer carpet or seat shampooing/extraction at this time. Our interior services include steam-based fabric cleaning and refresh, which effectively cleans and refreshes most fabrics without the extended drying times of extraction methods.
We stand behind our work and strive for customer satisfaction. If you have a concern with the completed service, it must be reported within 24 hours so we can address it appropriately. Rework applies only to the originally agreed-upon scope of service. Some limitations exist—we cannot guarantee removal of all stains, odors, or defects.
2Preparation & Access
Yes, access to both water and power is required at the service location. This is essential for our equipment to operate properly. Please ensure both are available and accessible before your appointment. If access is not available upon arrival, the appointment may need to be rescheduled.
Please remove all personal belongings from your vehicle before the appointment, including items in the glove box, center console, door pockets, and trunk. Also ensure we have access to water and power at the service location. The cleaner your vehicle is of personal items, the more thorough we can be with the detail.
2Weather & Conditions
Detailing services are weather dependent. If rain, high winds, or unsafe conditions are expected, we'll reach out to reschedule your appointment to ensure quality results. If weather prevents service on the scheduled day, we'll move your appointment to the next available date at no penalty to you.
We monitor weather conditions to ensure we can deliver quality results. Extreme temperatures can affect product performance and curing times. If conditions are too extreme (very high heat or freezing temperatures), we may need to reschedule to ensure the best outcome for your vehicle.
2Reviews, Referrals & Rewards
Yes! We appreciate referrals and offer 10% off your next Full Interior + Exterior Detail for each successful referral. Details about our referral program can be found on our Promotions & Rewards page or by asking when you book.
Reward and discount policies vary by promotion. Generally, only one discount or promotion can be applied per service. Check our current promotion terms or ask us directly for specific details.
2After Service
If you notice any concerns with the completed service, please contact us within 24 hours. We take customer satisfaction seriously and want to address any issues promptly. Rework applies only to the originally agreed-upon scope of service.
For most vehicles, we recommend a full detail every 4-6 months, with maintenance details in between (every 2-3 months) if you want to keep it consistently clean. The ideal frequency depends on how often you use your vehicle, whether you have pets, and your personal cleanliness preferences.
