Service Policies
Clear policies help set accurate expectations for both parties. Please review these before booking.
Booking & Appointment Policy
All appointments are scheduled in advance and are subject to availability. Final pricing is confirmed after a brief in-person or photo-based assessment to ensure accurate expectations for both parties. By booking a service, the customer agrees to the scope of work and estimated time required.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. This policy helps protect scheduled time and allows proper route planning for mobile services. Repeated last-minute cancellations may require a deposit for future bookings.
Weather Policy
Detailing services are weather dependent. In the event of rain, high winds, or unsafe conditions, appointments may be rescheduled to ensure quality results. If weather prevents service on the scheduled day, the appointment will be moved to the next available date.
Access Requirements Policy (Power & Water)
At this time, access to water and power is required at the service location. Customers are responsible for ensuring that both are available prior to the appointment. If access is not available upon arrival, the appointment may be rescheduled or canceled.
Vehicle Condition & Additional Labor Policy
Vehicle condition directly affects service time and pricing. Vehicles with excessive pet hair, heavy staining, worksite debris, or significant buildup may require additional time and cost. Any necessary adjustments will be discussed before work continues.
Pet Hair Policy
Light pet hair removal is included with interior services. Moderate to heavy pet hair removal requiring additional labor will be charged at $25 per 30 minutes of extra time. Extremely embedded pet hair may not be fully removable.
Service Limitations Policy
Refine Mobile Detailing provides steam-based interior cleaning and professional exterior detailing services only. The following services are not offered at this time: carpet or seat shampooing/extraction, heavy stain removal, biohazard or bodily fluid cleanup, mold remediation, odor removal guarantees, and restoration-level interior or exterior repair.
Satisfaction & Rework Policy
Customer satisfaction is important. If there is a concern with the completed service, it must be reported within 24 hours of the appointment so it can be addressed appropriately. Rework applies only to the originally agreed-upon scope of service.
Damage & Personal Belongings Policy
Customers are responsible for removing personal belongings prior to service. Refine Mobile Detailing is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items left inside the vehicle. Pre-existing damage will not be held liable for any issues discovered during or after service.
Payment Policy
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon in advance. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of booking. Failure to complete payment may result in refusal of future service.
