Service Policies
Clear policies help set accurate expectations for both parties. These policies apply to services provided by Refine Mobile Detailing, a trade name of REFINE MOBILE DETAILING AND PRESSURE WASHING LLC. Please review before submitting an estimate request.
Booking & Appointment
Submitting an estimate request does not confirm an appointment. Your appointment is confirmed only when we approve your request and confirm back to you (by phone, email, or text). We reserve the right to decline or adjust requests. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. All listed prices are starting prices; final pricing is confirmed after we see the vehicle (in-person or by photos). Scope or condition changes on arrival may change the final price.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellations or reschedules require at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee. Repeat late cancellations or no-shows may require a non-refundable deposit for future bookings. If you no-show or cancel with less than 24 hours' notice after a deposit was collected, the deposit is forfeit.
Deposits
We may require a deposit for certain bookings or for customers with a history of late cancellations or no-shows. When a deposit is required, it will be communicated when we confirm your appointment. The deposit is non-refundable if you no-show or cancel with less than 24 hours' notice.
Weather
Exterior work depends on weather. Rain, high winds, or unsafe conditions may require rescheduling. If weather prevents part of the service, we will complete what we safely can; you are responsible for payment for the portions completed and approved. We will work with you to reschedule the remainder.
Access Requirements (Power & Water)
Access to water and power is required at the service location. You are responsible for ensuring both are available before the appointment. You must provide legal, safe access to the vehicle and work area. If the location is unsafe or we cannot access the vehicle, we may reschedule or decline service. If access is not available upon arrival, the appointment may be rescheduled or canceled.
Vehicle Condition & Soiling Level
Vehicle condition and soiling level directly affect service time and pricing. All listed prices assume average condition. We classify soiling as follows; additional charges may apply and will be confirmed with you after we see the vehicle: Light soiling — Normal wear, light dirt or dust; typically no extra charge. Medium soiling — Noticeable buildup, moderate stains or debris, or heavier interior use; may require additional time and cost. Heavy soiling — Significant buildup, heavy staining, worksite debris, or severe neglect; will require additional time and cost; we will discuss the scope and price before starting. Vehicles with excessive pet hair, heavy staining, or significant buildup are subject to the same assessment. Final pricing and any soiling-related charges are confirmed after we see the vehicle. Any adjustments will be discussed and agreed before work continues. We reserve the right to decline service if condition exceeds what we can safely or effectively address.
Pet Hair
Light pet hair removal is included with interior services. Moderate to heavy pet hair removal requiring additional labor will be charged at $25 per 30 minutes of extra time. Extremely embedded pet hair may not be fully removable. Pet hair and stain results cannot be guaranteed.
Service Limitations & Results
We do not offer carpet/seat extraction, heavy stain removal, biohazard cleanup, mold remediation, or odor guarantees. Stain, odor, pet hair, and mold results cannot be guaranteed. Interiors that are moderately or heavily soiled may require additional time and cost; severely soiled vehicles may require additional cost or we may decline the job. All time estimates (e.g. 3–5 hours) are estimates only, not guarantees. We provide steam-based interior cleaning and professional exterior detailing only; no restoration-level interior or exterior repair.
Satisfaction, Rework & Refunds
We do not offer refunds after service is completed except as follows: If you report a valid issue with the agreed scope within 24 hours of completion, we will rework that scope at no extra charge. This does not cover issues outside the agreed scope, pre-existing conditions, or normal wear. No refunds for change of mind or after 24 hours.
Personal Belongings & Pre-Existing Damage
You must remove valuables and important personal items before service. We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle. Pre-existing damage (including loose trim, failing clear coat, damaged electronics, or brittle interior parts) is not our responsibility. You must provide legal, safe access to the vehicle and work area and ensure water and power are available as required. If the location is unsafe or we cannot access the vehicle, we may reschedule or decline service.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed. Accepted methods will be communicated when we confirm your appointment. Unpaid balances may result in refusal of future service. Disputes must be raised within 7 days of service; we will work with you in good faith and reserve the right to contest invalid chargebacks with documentation.
Estimate & Invoice Acceptance
By approving an estimate or paying an invoice, you agree to these Service Policies and the pricing shown. Payment is due on completion unless a deposit is indicated. No refunds after service except per our Satisfaction, Rework & Refunds section above.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of time, or inconvenience. This limitation applies whether the claim is based in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee specific results (e.g. complete stain or odor removal) beyond what is stated in our Service Limitations section.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Refine Mobile Detailing, REFINE MOBILE DETAILING AND PRESSURE WASHING LLC, and its owners, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from (a) your breach of these policies, (b) your failure to provide accurate information or required access, (c) pre-existing damage to your vehicle or property, or (d) your negligence or misuse of the service or premises.
Governing Law
These Service Policies and any dispute arising from or related to our services shall be governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any legal action must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Tennessee.
Entire Agreement & Amendments
These Service Policies, together with any estimate or invoice you approve, constitute the entire agreement between you and Refine Mobile Detailing regarding the services. We may update these policies from time to time; the version in effect at the time you book or approve an estimate applies. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policies. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time, including for safety concerns, inadequate access, condition beyond our scope, nonpayment, or violation of these policies. If we decline or stop service for these reasons, you may still be responsible for payment for any completed portion of the service.
