When you use our services or submit an estimate request, we may collect the following information:

We do not collect sensitive information such as social security numbers, financial account details, or payment card information through this website. Payment processing, when used, is handled by third-party providers under their own privacy and security standards.

Estimate requests and contact form submissions are retained for up to 24 months after the last interaction. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

We use trusted third-party providers to operate our business. These services manage data under their own privacy standards:

• Supabase: Secure database hosting for estimate requests and messages
• Resend: Email delivery for confirmations and notifications
• Square: Payments and scheduling (when used)
• Vercel: Website hosting and deployment
• Google Analytics and Google Ads: Website traffic measurement and advertising performance (see Cookies & Tracking below)
• Microsoft Clarity: Website usability measurement (see Cookies & Tracking below)

Each provider has its own privacy policy governing how it handles data. We encourage you to review their policies if you have concerns.

Our website uses essential cookies and browser storage to work properly. We also use the measurement tools described below to understand how the site is used and whether our advertising works.

These tools load when you visit the site. You can decline them on the cookie notice, or turn them off at any time using the control at the end of this section. If you decline, none of them are loaded on your later visits.

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site (e.g., traffic and popular pages). Google Analytics may set cookies and collect data as described in Google's Privacy Policy and How Google uses data when you use our partners' sites.

We use Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed, where people click and scroll, and session replays, so we can find and fix confusing pages. Clarity sets cookies when you visit the site. Data collected by Clarity is handled as described in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

We advertise on Google. If you reach our site from one of our Google ads, Google's measurement tags on our site report to Google Ads that an estimate request was submitted, so we can tell whether our ads are working. To match a request to the ad that led to it, Google's tag may set a cookie that remembers the ad click.

When you submit a request, a scrambled (hashed) version of the email address and phone number you entered is also sent to Google, so it can match the request to an ad click more accurately. This is a Google feature called enhanced conversions, and Google processes that data under its Data Processing Terms. We do not send your name, your address, your vehicle details, or your message. We use this only to measure whether our ads work. We do not use it to build advertising audiences or to show you ads on other websites.

When you submit a request, we also note how you reached the site (for example, from a Google ad, a search result, or a social media link) so we know which marketing is useful. This note is kept only in your browser tab until you close it. It is not a cookie, and our own note does not record the advertising click identifier.

We also run our own traffic measurement tool, which counts page views and taps on our phone, text and email links so we can see which pages are useful.

You may request to update your information or opt out of marketing communications at any time. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights regarding your personal information.
